Billing questions
How is billing handled?
Plans are billed annually at the monthly rates shown. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
Is there a per-client charge?
No. Your plan covers your practice, not a headcount of clients.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Email [email protected] and we will move you between Solo and Firm and prorate the difference.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Contact us at [email protected]. Terms of the annual agreement are set out in our Terms of Service Text updates.
Do you charge for text messages?
We do not charge your clients for messages. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply to them. Text reminders are sent only to recipients who have opted in.
