Why we built it

Tax preparers do not lose their season to complicated returns. They lose it to intake: follow-up emails about a missing 1099, engagement letters that never come back signed, deposits collected after the work is already done, and files scattered across an inbox and a shared drive.

Our portal puts those steps in a fixed order behind a single client link. Intake, then signature, then deposit, then documents, then the appointment, then final payment. The preparer always knows where each client stands, and the client always knows what is expected of them next.

We build for solo preparers and small firms because that is where the administrative load falls hardest and where the least software exists.

How we handle your data

Our customers hold Social Security numbers, financial statements and complete tax histories. We treat that as the defining constraint of the product rather than a feature to add later.

Documents move over encrypted connections. Access is scoped per engagement. We maintain a written information security program consistent with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act Safeguards Rule and IRS Publication 4557, which govern tax professionals and their service providers. Payment details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.
